Ski Luleå to Kemi (Finland) Expedition

(Min 4 people. Available January to April)

Day 1
You will be collected at the airport and taken to your hotel for dinner, a full briefing about the expedition ahead and the safety and security aspects. Your guide will issue and check your equipment with you.

Days 2 to 6
After breakfast the adventure begins and you immediately learn the art of survival in arctic conditions, including the use of GPS equipment. Your guide will show you how to cook in the frozen archipelago and you can master the building techniques for igloo and snow shelter construction. You may see the Northern Lights, reindeer, moose and seals. All the meals are provided by your guide and you may even add your own fresh ingredients with some ice-fishing.
During this expedition you will cross the ice close to the coast through varied archipelago systems, meeting drift ice and icebergs up to 8 meters high. The expedition concludes in the Finnish town of Kemi where you can relax with a good meal and a sauna at the hotel.

Day 7
Breakfast and return to Luleå airport by road for a flight to Stockholm or the UK.
