Husky transfers from Kiruna airport to your hotel

Snowmobiles

• Northern Lights Excursion
  A guided snowmobile tour in search of the Northern Lights. Includes supper.  £94 pp 2 per snowmobile. £134 single rider (7 to 11pm)
• Snowmobile tour
  Afternoon snowmobile excursion through the magical countryside surrounding Kiruna. Includes fika in the wilderness. £82 pp 2 per snowmobile. £122 single rider. (3hr30)
• Snowmobile safari & ice fishing
  A breathtaking tour through glittering forests in the beautiful winter wonderland that surrounds the Torne valley. You will drive in small groups and making your own tracks. You will drill a hole in the ice and try to catch our own lunch, but don't worry if the fish aren't biting, a lapish lunch and some other delicacies will be served around an open fire. £124 pp 2 per snowmobile. £164 single rider. ( approx 6 hours) 
• Snowmobile tour to ICEHOTEL
  You will be guided to ICEHOTEL where a visit to this architectural masterpiece is included. Includes fika in the wilderness. £115 pp 2 per snowmobile. £155 single rider.(4hrs30)
• High Mountain tour
  A magnificent tour to one of the most beautiful spots in Sweden at Lake Ladtjojaure with views of Sweden's highest mountain, Kebnekaise. Great opportunities to see wildlife such as moose. During the break you have the chance to try some ice fishing and enjoy lunch with local delicacies. You really will appreciate just how big nature is. £144 pp 2 per snowmobile. £186 single rider. (6hrs)
• Overnight at a Wilderness Camp
  You will be collected from your hotel after lunch. Following a short safety briefing on how to drive your snowmobiles you will head deep into the Lapland Wilderness following your guide and with the opportunity to seek out new tracks. As you head for your wilderness log cabin on the banks of the frozen Torne River you will explore snow covered forests and cross frozen lakes and rivers. An exciting overnight tour for the slightly more adventurous!
  At the Wilderness Camp there are 2 wilderness suites and a large 3 bedroom log cabin with private rooms on the banks of the Torne River each with a log fire. There is running water and electricity! You will be catered for on a half board basis including evening meal and breakfast. The meals are prepared in the log cabin at the Wilderness Camp over a hot stove. At the Wilderness Camp you will find WC’s, showers and saunas. Your evening also includes time in a hot tub which will be kept warm for up to 3 hours. Look to the night skies for Northern Lights and a glittering array of stars. The hot tubs are new for 2009/10.

• Overnight at the High Mountain Valley (Sweden's Highest Mountain)
  Overnight at one of the most beautiful locations in Sweden, high in mountains in Lapland with some of the most sought after views in Sweden. Kebnekaise is Sweden's largest mountain and is located close to the Norwegian border. It stands at an impressive 2,104 meters above sea level. From the village of Nikkaluokta you drive your snowmobiles into the mountains towards Lake Ladtjojaure, where you can admire the impressive sight of Mount Kebnekaise. Life long memories from a truly magical location. Great opportunities to see the Northern Lights and native wildlife.
  You will be collected from your hotel in Kiruna or ICE HOTEL. The transfer to the start point is approx 1hr15, depending on the amount of native moose & reindeer en route. This is longer than our usual transfers but we hope you think it's worth it. You will be provided with a traditional Lappish evening meal and breakfast, served around an open fire. Due to the location of these cabins they are basic with no running water or electricity. They have just one room where you will eat and sleep in sleeping bags. A true Lapland Wilderness experience.

Husky Sleighs

• Husky Excursion / Northern Lights
  One of the best ways to explore the wilderness during the winter month. Includes fika in the wilderness. An evening tour is available for those searching for the Northern Lights! £96 pp (2hrs30)
• Husky excursion with lunch
  Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride as you glide through the glorious white wilderness. Approx 25kms and includes lunch. £136 pp (3hr30)
• Drive your own Husky team
  One of the most exciting ways to see the snow covered countryside of Lapland. After some short instructions your guide will lead the way and you will have control of your own team of 3 or 4 huskies. Includes lunch. £226 pp (5hr30)
• Overnight Husky Tour
  One of our most popular Lapland activities. You will be collected from your hotel for the short transfer to the husky kennels. Meet your own team of 3 or 4 huskies for the following 20 hrs (approx) of wilderness adventure. You will be provided with warm clothing and brief instructions about how to guide your team of huskies through the ancient snow covered forests of Swedish Lapland. A stop en route to the wilderness cabin includes a hot cup of coffee and a traditional Swedish pastry or sandwich.
  This is a genuine wilderness experience in Swedish Lapland. The wilderness cabin usually used on this tour is basic yet comfortable. There is no electricity and water is sourced from the frozen lake just 100m from the cabin. There is a comfortable lounge / dining area and the bedroom has bunk beds. The cabin is heated by a real log fire and you can relax in the wood fired sauna while your guide prepares your evening meal over a hot stove. Don’t forget to keep your eyes on the night sky for the Northern Lights!
  Price from £312pp. If you are looking for a little bit more luxury during your overnight husky tour we can offer you a wilderness suite on the banks of the Torne River. The wilderness suite has a private sauna and shower and you also have access to a hot tub during the evening. Upgrade from £180pp.

• Sami and reindeer experience
  Enjoy traditional Sami food prepared over a campfire, experience reindeer pulling sleighs and indulge yourself in the everyday life and rich culture of the Sami. Transfer by minibus for £155 pp (3hr30) or by snowmobile for £189pp
• Northern Lights by Horse & Sleigh
  Glide silently over the snow as you look to the skies, admire the stars & hopefully the Northern Lights as you sit wrapped in sheep and reindeer skin on a peaceful journey through the wilderness. £75pp 1hr30.
• Minibus tour to ICEHOTEL
  Guided tour of ICEHOTEL including entrance and transfers from your hotel in Kiruna. £77 pp. (3hrs)
• Winter Fun Day
  5 hours of activities in the snow, deep in Swedish Lapland. You will be collected from your hotel and spend your time enjoying some traditional and more modern winter activities. Cross country skiing, sledging, ice fishing and a short wildlife safari in a snowmobile sled. You will be provided with a traditional wilderness lunch and all the activities take place by a log cabin heated by an open fire, with a constant supply of hot drinks to keep you warm! £125pp.
