The Hurtigruten Coastal Voyage has been described as the world's most beautiful sea voyage and with such attractions as the Hanseatic League city of Bergen, the Geiranger fjord and the Lofoten Islands, it is easy to work out why.

Points of note for any cruise you are thinking of taking. For dramatic scenery, deep fjords and exquisite views travel along the west coast between Bergen, Trondheim and Tromso. For the land of the midnight sun travel in June and July between Trondheim, Tromso and Kirkenes where you can watch the sun turn yellow as it skims above the surface of the sea at midnight. If you are dreaming of staring at the starry night sky and watching the northern lights dance in ribbons of green, blue and red above you then a cruise between September and March is for you, starting in Tromso and heading north over the top of Norway towards the Russian border to Kirkenes.
