Important information for travel agents

If you are a travel agent and your clients are considering enjoying a holiday in Sweden or Norway please do not hesitate to contact our specialist sales team on 0845 8900 300.

We have travelled extensively across Sweden and Norway and have the expertise to tailor make your clients holiday to Sweden and Norway.

Please make sure you are aware of our standard agency agreement. Please read the agreement and here are some brief notes:

• If you have the facilities to issue an ATOL certificate on our behalf you may only take payment on our behalf once we have authorised you to do so.
• You must provide us with a copy of the ATOL certificate you issue on our behalf.
• If you do not have the ability to issue an ATOL certificate then you may not handle money on our behalf. Payment must be made directly to Simply Sweden by the customer. Simply Sweden will then issue the ATOL certificate. You will then send us an invoice for your commission which will be payable when the client departs.
• You must always make your clients aware of our terms and conditions.
